USA CRITS SPEEDWEEK

Rock hill South Carolina's new purpose build criterium course was a perfect backdrop for the start of USA Crits Speedweek.
The Elite Stradalli cycle - Safetti clothing Team will be up against a stacked field with teams like Crit Life, Holowesko Citadel, Cinelli and Texas Road house bringing full teams just to name a few.
Luckily our guys were not bothered by this because they were poised to make their presence known, even among current and previous Crit national champions Dan Halloway, John Murphy, and Ty Magner as well as international flair in the form of Francesco Moser. 
The Stradalli boys really rode well as a team mopping up multiple cash premes as well as the lap leaders jersey!

This was made possible by two of our riders making it into a serious breakaway. While Florenz the German and Alberto the Mexican were in the break cleaning up lap points and money 
Florenz ended up 6th in the sprint and taking the USA Crits lap leader jersey with Alberto finishing 10th and getting second in the young riders jersey 
The team spirits are very high and everyone has an extremely optimistic view on the rest of Speedweek. Tonight the boys will be racing stop number two Belmont Criterium.
