you make it part of your daily routine, you look for places to ride on
weekends, you meet people who love cycling so you can go with them, you travel
to other states and bring your cycle so you can check out the sites there. It
really is an addiction.

Diet: When your new hobby/addiction is also a
great form of exercise you start watching what you eat as well. Ask any doctor
and they will tell you that active people usually have a much easier time
eating healthy than people who tend to just sit on the couch during their down
time. You will actually tell Stacy to go to hell when she offers you that donut
in the morning because you will be that motivated to stick to your diet. Just
kidding, don’t say that to her, she’s just trying to be nice.
But before you go out and buy a bike make sure you get the
